Helpful Details for Digital Downloads

Did you recently opt-in or purchase an Everything Pantry Digital Product?

Here’s a little help to get you started…

All products are digital products. There are no items that are shipped. 

DOWNLOADING TO YOUR COMPUTER

We suggest downloading to a personal computer not a mobile device. Most mobile devices are unable to download thru a link. NOTE that your download probably went into your downloads folder on your computer, unless your computer is configured otherwise.

UNZIPPING A ZIPPED FOLDER 

Some downloads are in the form of a zipped file (the file must be unzipped to access the files inside). On a PC, simply right-click on the file and choose UNZIP.

A zipped folder looks a little different than a normal digital folder on your computer. If you don’t have an unzipping tool, we recommend visiting ninite.com and download the free 7-zip utility. This installs a utility that allows you to unzip the folder as indicated above. Once you unzip the folder you will have two copies, a zipped and a normal computer folder. It’s OK to delete the zipped folder.

VIEWING A PDF

In order to view and print PDF files, Acrobat Reader must be installed on your computer.   You can download Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for free, click hereIt is strongly suggested to download PDFs to your computer, FUTURE ACCESS CANNOT BE GUARANTEED!
